Ward 13 (2003)

Ben, our main character, wakes up in an unusual hospital after seemingly landing on an asphalt road due to a car collision. He later wakes up to the sound of dog barking and decides to explore the hospital. After he studies the hospital, noticing all the details from the plain white hallways from the surgical tools spread about the rooms, he realizes this isn't a normal hospital. He then hears footsteps and goes into the nearest room where he finds an experimental patient. The patient, lying on a bed moaning, comes to life in a horrific manner and leaves our main character, Ben, running for his life through the hospital while being chased by surgeons along the way. Ben realizes that the only chance of survival is leaving the Hospital with haste. Run Ben, Run.
