While traveling on vacation to Florida, the college friends Anderson Lee, Cory Jones and Nelson Elliot meet the gorgeous Joey and Kat in a gas station traveling with their gay friend Ricky to the same location. Anderson gives his phone number to Joey in Florida. The teenagers decide to take a shortcut and they find a detour through an old road leading to the Southern town of Pleasant Valley. They are welcomed by the local Mayor Buckman as guests of honor together with Joey, Kat, Ricky and the Afro-American biker Malcolm and his Chinese girlfriend Leah and invited to stay for their Guts and Glory Jubilee with free lodging, meals and booze at Granny Boone's hotel, and dancing, games and a mouth-watering barbecue in the climax of the jubilee. The group accepts the invitation but sooner they find who will supply the meat for the feast.

An Armadillo is hit by a car blood sprays all over the windscreen and the corpse lands in a mans lap.

A woman is tied at each limb to four seperate horses a man cracks a whip and each of her limbs are torn off at the chest, we see each rip as she screams and spits out blood. Blood spurts and sprays from the left arm stump.

A man drinks acid while having sex with a woman. His throat explodes and blood spurts, we see the matress from underneath become blood soaked. We see the aftermath as the man has had all the skin muscle and bone disintergrated from his chest and we see the last of his insides melt away and fall through the hole in the matress.

The two victims are hacked up and prepared for a barbecue in a short not too graphic scene.

A woman is crushed by a large bell and we see blood splatter on umbrellas, we see that she has been crushed so that her head is now at crotch level, we see the bloody corpse and blood and entrails on the floor on front of the corpse. We see her head on a dinner plate later, with a chunk of the top missing and brains exposed.

A man has a long metal spear shoved up his bum hole and out is mouth, blood explodes out of his mouth followed by a bloody flesh covered spear head. A woman then licks the tip of the spear. Throughout the whole scene, hes alive and subtly twitching and blinking while gurgling.

A young girl is crushing a rat, blood seeps out of the rats mouth and eyes.

A man follows a blood trail to a bloody corpse hanging on a hook.

A man is hit with a guitar.

Cory has his crotch bitten. Blood is seen.

Malcolm is crushed until his eyes pop out of his head. People collect his eyes as they detach and fall to the ground.

A man is hit by a slingshot bullet.

Dismemberment is displayed as food at a banquet.

A man eats a piece of brain.

A man has a cut on his chest.

A man is hit by a flying butchers knife in the chest blood spurts from the wound.

Two men fight one is punched and elbowed and tackled.

A severed head is cut horizontaly through across the optical area of the face, it then splits in half. Small amount of gore.

A mans eyepatch his ripped of revealing a maggot filled eye socket dripping with yellow pus. The maggots fall onto a mans face.

Anderson and joey on a motorbike drive through a line of barb wire at high speed, we see blood drip from the wire and their heads fall off, blood spurts.

A boy hangs a cat, but he turns his back to the camera so it is not shown.
