An Italian in Greece (1958)

Nikos Makriyannis, the frivolous and pampered son of a self-made and hard-working vintner, only lives for the moment. Charming, affluent--with his father's money--and completely self-assured, Nikos can have any woman he desires; however, things will take a turn for the unexpected, when Nikos lays his eyes on the beautiful Italian expert on Ancient Greek History, Wandisa Vanzi. Head over heels for her, Nikos will go to great lengths to earn her trust--and, of course, her heart--be it a long walk in Plaka's narrow streets or making up a bold fabrication. But, still, Wandisa is a hard nut to crack. Will Nikos ever manage to impress her?
