A Life Starts Again (1947)

On his way to his hometown of Athens, after serving his country in the Middle Eastern Front, a battle-hardened officer of the Greek Army is shocked to discover that his entire family has gone missing during World War II. Devastated, he summons up the strength to move on with his life with a beautiful young woman whom she has met in Cairo, unbeknownst to him, however, that his valet has survived. Now, a crucial piece of information is about to change everything. Can one wipe the slate clean, and start anew?
