Uptown Girls (2003)

Molly, who received her inheritance from her late father (a rock and roll icon), leads a worry-free life. When she is swindled and runs out of money, she gets a job as a nanny for Ray, a very mature and outspoken 8-year-old girl. At first the differences between their temperaments cause them to clash, but eventually they realize they can be a valuable help to each other. Brittany Murphy and Dakota Fanning are a loveable duo who bring the necessary doses of comedy and drama.
