Muertos de miedo (1958)

Scared to Death: Viruta and Capulina work as janitors in a detective agency; they want to be private investigators themselves, so they study there as well. Alma, the millionaire who owns the detective agency hires Viruta and Capulina after they pass their exam. She entrusts them with their first assignment, which is to track down Rostov, a famous jewel thief and murderer with a $50,000 bounty on his head. Mrs. Tina, Alma's mother, doesn't like her daughter's profession and sets a trap for her with the intention of getting her married so she will forget once and for all about the detective agency. Can Viruta and Capulina solve their first case through good humor, innocence, and a sense of fun?
