Tskheli zapkhulis sami dge (1981)

The famous scientist Sulkhan Iberieli is the head of the archeological excavations of the Udabno monastery complex. He does not have the funds to complete the work and is forced to turn to various state institutions for help but in vain. Everybody finds his self-sacrifice exaggerated.
