Touched by a Killer (2001)

A sex scene occurs between protagonist and exonerated man without explicit detail or nudity. Another implied sex scene occurs showing only the woman wearing a bra and the man bare-chested.

Several murdered women are shown having had their throat slit without excess blood. A man is shot in the shoulder and another shot in the back and stabbed. A man attempts to strangle a woman. A man is rough and shoves a woman.

Curse words include damn, hell, etc.
