After thinking he's seen or heard figures moving about him, a man drags himself onto an elevator and wants the doors to close. He then readies his gun, but it's been booby trapped and blows shrapnel backwards at him (we see blood splatter onto the wall, and then later see the bloody body with big holes in his face and arm, and more blood on the wall).
A man and another profiler fight. People are smacked in the face. One was hit in the stomach by a fire extinguisher. The other man swings the fire extinguisher and grabs a knife attempting to stab the other man and both of them fall on the stairwell. The man gets up and a lady smashes a fire extinguisher on the man's head.
A man grabs a woman by the throat, but she kicks him back and holds her gun on him. He then pushes a table into her groin (causing her to drop her gun), and repeatedly slams her head to the table before striking her again.
A trap causes an explosion in the dock, people fall off in the water. A woman who has a fear of water almost drowns but gets saved by a man. A man suffers from a shoulder injury which his shoulder got burned from the explosion. Thankfully, only one man got injured but the rest survived
A trap sets a pipe to clog and the lights to crash on the floor causing the water to be electric. A handicap grabs on a thin pipe with a weak grip. He refuses to give the suspect the gun who's on the bed handcuffed. He argues with the handicap and the handicap gives him the gun. The suspect shoots his cuffs and climbs through floor is lava style parkour. He shoots the walls for holes used for clinging and climbing. Before the handicap loses his grip, the suspect shuts down the power and the handicap falls unharmed.
During a trap, a man who is an engineer tries fixing the pipe to keep it stable but when turning the pipe, a trap sets which causes three metal rods fly out and impale a man, mortally wounding him (including one through his throat and two in his chest -- with some blood around that) and he dies instantly and thrashes to death.
In a training simulation, a man and a woman discover a large house in the woods at night and enter with their guns drawn. The man then realizes something isn't right, but just then a person enters the room, stabs the woman in the chest with a knife and then holds her as the man fires shots at him as the suspect fires back while holding the woman and her gun.
A survivor shoots the killer, with some blood coming from the latter's mouth. When that doesn't quite do the trick, the survivor shoots the killer again, this time with a bloody trickle running down their face and then spreading in the water once the body falls in.
The killer grabs a woman and has his arm around her neck. He then dunks her head under some water, repeatedly trying to drown her. After she goes limp, she then kicks him into the water and then dives in to retrieve a dead agent's gun. Both end up shooting at each other underwater (with the bullets quickly slowing down in the water), with both then holding their breath while holding their guns above the surface to shoot the first person to come up for air.
The group discovers a radio playing that, when turned up, sets off a literal and figurative domino effect. That results in a canister of ultra-cold gas falls down and sprays on one of the agent's legs, freezing them solid. The man couldn't move because his feet are stuck frozen to the ground but seconds into freezing, parts of frozen flesh from the man's legs begin to tear apart causing the man to grunt and yell in pain. Once the bone detaches, the rest of his body then breaks off from those lower legs and feet that are frozen to the floor, and then his frozen torso also breaks open including his lower body and his legs break apart into many pieces, resulting in his death. He twitches a little but his eyeball freezes. The two wounds (broken legs and torso) have gory, but frozen looking results.
A group of people are drugged by a cup of coffee. An agent is pulled back in his seat from being slumped over a table, his head suddenly falls off (we see the meaty neck stump, but there's no blood as one agent comments on him having had his blood drained from his body)., a man gets pushed back to a cabinet with plates in shock when the head falls on the man's lap.
A woman grabs a box of cigarettes and smokes. When a person smokes, acid in the cigarette drips onto their shoe, but then also causes their finger and lips to bleed. We then see growing bloody wounds on their face and finally blood that's soaked through their shirt/chest and the skin melting off (that person dies from such wounds). Her corpse falls into the pool and sinks to the bottom.
There is a man who's been strung up from the ceiling like a puppet, with various wires and hooks through various parts of his body (face, hands, legs, etc.). He's extremely bloody. Another dead and bloody man (who's not strung up and slashed in the throat). We then see recorded footage of the first man while alive and his face is bloody then (but the footage is black and white). A figure blocks the camera shot but is heard him slitting the first man's throat.
