Julien and Sylvie are married and they have a little daughter Julie.Christine, the mother of Sylvie and Roland, the father of Julien, who had a bad relationship in the past have fallen in love and they live this new relationship secretly: they travel to Venice where they enjoy the good moment. At the return Sylvie speaks with Christine about Jean-Marie, the family friend who cold be a good companion for Christine and Jean-Marie himself is speaking with Christine about their future,but Christine did not tell him that she loves Roland.Then comes the birthday party of Julie: Sylvie has invited Jean-Marie to the party, Christine is quite surprised and bad tempered: then Jean-Marie make his marriage proposal to Christine: very angry Roland makes an ironic comment and leaves the house, Christine says to Jean-Marie that she will not marry him because she doesn't love him.
