The Cottage (2008)

Two women are seen dancing topless in a club while men stare at their breasts.

A woman's head is ripped in two with a shovel (there is much blood).

A man's nose is broken.

A man is stabbed in a leg with a pickaxe.

A man's foot is cut in two with a shovel.

A man is stabbed in the crotch with a knife.

The antagonist cuts into a body's back with a knife (offscreen but you hear noise and see some blood spurt) and rips out his head and his vertebral column (in silhouette). The head and vertebral column is later thrown trough a window by the antagonist.

A man is stabbed through the chest with a pickaxe.

A man is strangled with a rope.

A man is eaten alive offscreen.

A woman pronounces many times the word "Cunt" and the derivatives of the word "Fuck".

The main characters smoke a lot.

The main antagonist may be very scary and frightening because of his deformed face.
