The Dwelling (1993)

There's a few scenes with boobies, and maybe some butt, but no full frontal. A blonde woman seems to be having her breasts painted with the feet of a rubber chicken, like it's a real chicken. She seems to have been thrown into the movie, away from all of the other action, because she does topless scenes.

There's an implied oral sex scene with Michelle Bauer, but the guy doesn't pretend to have taken anything out of his pants.
