Dr. Chopper (Ed Brigadier) holds up a meat cleaver and then brings it down out of view, blood spalshes on his face and when he lifts the meat cleaver back up into view it's covered in blood. There is a shot of a severed hand in a medical bowl on a blood stained cloth. The man and woman's dead blood stained bodies are seen during various quick shots.
A woman grabs Donna (Miranda Kwok) by the hair from behind, she sinks her fingers into Donna's scalp and pulling her head right back, nothing graphic is shown and the scene is mostly acheived using sound effects. The woman is seen and she has two visible scars across her face.
There is a pan across a stream and ends up on a severed bloody leg.
A teenage girl is stabbed, blood is seen on the killer's face. Another woman is stabbed in the back, nothing graphic is shown. Two girls smoking dope are stabbed in the back by two women who sneak up behind them, nothing graphic is shown.

A woman throws a knife which narrowly mises a girls head, she then grabs Tamara (Ashley McCarthy) by the throat and stabs Reece (Chase Hoyt) when he tires to rescue her, nothing graphic is shown. A woman attacks Jimmy (Butch Hansen) but he fights her off and then saves Tamara.
While driving away the teens are attacked by a woman, they fight her off and push her off the bonnet of their jeep and they run over her, nothing graphic is seen and the scene is mostly played out using sound effects.
The killer's throw Reese's decapitated head at the surviving teens and it lands on the ground near them.
The surviving teens stumble across a cabin and see various limbs and chunks of flesh hanging from the porch. There are a few scenes set here and during each the bits of flesh are seen.
Two women beat Jimmy and Tamara with baseball bats.
Dr. Chopper sticks a needle into someone and draws some blood.

A woman cuts Jimmy's ear off, nothing graphic is seen and she merely hold his severed ear up in the air, the actual severing of it isn't seen.
Jimmy has his throat slit, nothing graphic is seen.
Nicholas (Robert Adamson) chokes a woman from behind with the handle of an axe and then breaks her neck. A woman is stabbed in the stomach, nothing graphic is seen. Dr. Chopper stabs Nicholas in the stomach, nothing graphic shown except the bloody knife blade. Dr. Chopper slashes Tamara's throat, nothing graphic shown and then Jessica (Chelsey Crisp) slashes Dr. Choppers shoulder with a knife.
Jessica runs away into the forest and falls over landing on several severed human limbs.
Dr. Chopper slashes Leslie's (Rose Swim) throat as she rides past her on his motorbike, nothing graphic is shown other than Leslie falling to the ground.
Dr. Chopper has his hand chopped off with an axe, his severed hand is seen on the floor while he is also seen holding the stump at the end of his arm. Dr. Chopper stabs Sheriff Terrell (Costas Mandylor) in the stomach, when the knife is removed a large spurt of blood is seen coming from the wound.
Dr. Chopper inserts the handle of his knife into his wrist stump so the knife blade acts as a sort of hand.
Dr. Chopper grabs Jessica by the hair, she grabs a knife and stabs him in the leg, she then kicks him in the nuts before Dr. Chopper stabs Jessica in the leg, the Sheriff then punches Dr. Chopper across the face and Jessica stabs him in the chest which finally kills him.
The Sheriff is seen wearing a blood stained shirt as he and jessica walk away at the end.
