Las bicicletas (2005)

Nicolas is furious. They have, once again, broken into his house and stolen his bicycle. And he could swear he saw a suspicious-looking type in the vicinity of his house that day. Outside, beyond, in neighborhoods he does not know, the city stands half destroyed by an earthquake. The country was already under State of Siege.
