A young man walks through a dark house, he hears noises, he sees a reflection of something in a mirror and is startled, sees a dark figure moving toward him, runs up stairs, opens a door and sees bloody body parts and blood sprayed around a room where a young woman and a young man had been.
A young man standing by a road is startled by noises, turns around and is run over by a horse-drawn carriage: we see his body being squished under the wheels, and we see him lying motionless on the street as a pool of blood collects under him.
A young man steps back from a doorway, something grabs him around the neck, pushes him backward, he breaks through a railing and over a balcony, and hangs by a chain that's wrapped around his neck.
A young woman hears noises in a half-built house, she follows the noises, shoots a nail gun at the specter of a woman, she runs, is tripped and pulled back, she hangs by her feet from the ceiling, and the specter slashes her throat (we see her face and her reaction) and blood pours from the wound.
A young man hears noises in a dark office building, he follows the noise into his office, reaches under his desk to retrieve something, and when he stands up he is attacked (we see a flash of blood) and killed (we see his body the next day with a bloody wound on his throat).
A man gets into his car, he sees a decayed corpse in his rear view mirror, turns around, screams and we see blood spray on the car windows.
A young man pounds three nails into the body of a dead woman, she sits up and the nails are pushed out of the holes, she tries to attack the young man, and he sets the room on fire -- we see the woman engulfed in flames and she falls to the floor.
A young woman opens a cupboard, walks through it into a room where there are torture implements, dolls with maggots wriggling through their eyes and mouths, and etchings of dead bodies; the lights go out, bugs crawl over her face and body, she is attacked by spectral beings, and a woman stands over her with shears and nearly kills her.
A young woman is chained around the ankle and hung from a ceiling; drips of blood fall from a wound and a spectral woman drinks the blood.

In a computer game a young man finds a bathtub filled with blood, bodies and body parts hanging from the ceiling and blood sprayed on walls and refers to it as a "torture room"; he is startled by something, a woman attacks him, pushes him back and stabs him in the throat (blood gushes from the wound). Also in a computer game a dead girl (she's ashen and creaking) moves toward a character who shoots her several times (blood and matter spurt from wounds) and she is cut in half.
We hear a heart throbbing as a video game character walks through a house, people in portraits move, a woman lunges at a man, children crawl on walls and move toward him, the man is shoved back, falls off a balcony and hangs from a chain that's wrapped around his neck.
A young man is nearly struck by a truck that's speeding by. A young man who's driving swerves to miss something he saw in the road (he is OK).
Blood seeps into a young man's computer keyboard, he rubs his hands on his face smearing it, and then it disappears. A young man has burn scars on his back and shoulder.
We hear (with some specific details) about a woman who would snatch children, torture and murder them and that she was eventually walled up in a tower where she died. Several young men and young women read phrases that include, "blood of many cleanse me" and "you have been marked for death."
A young man is startled when another young man pops up into view through a door's peephole. We see people mourning at a funeral.
