The Wicker Man (2006)

Edward is contacted by an ex-girlfriend, Willow, who abandoned him years before without further explanation. In her letter, she asks for his help in finding her missing daughter and as a result, Edward moves to a remote island, where he discovers a fearsome community that performs strange rituals and sacrifices. This horror film is a remake of the cult classic The Wicker Man (1973). This time, it stars Nicolas Cage and Ellen Burstyn, and is a disturbing story full of enigmatic moments.
