The 36th NAACP Image Awards ceremony was hosted by Chris Tucker and recognized outstanding achievements made during 2004 by people of color in music, television, and motion pictures. The ceremony was recorded at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, California and aired March 25, 2005 on FOX television.
