Basic Sanitation, the Movie (2007)

In a small town with basic sanitation problems, the population discovers that there are resources to solve the problem, but they are destined for the production of a film. So they try to make a film very cheaply, to divert the rest of the money to the construction of a septic tank. But how much can art fall in love?
