Little Lost Sea Serpent (1995)

Julie and Tommy are on summer vacation in California when they discover a baby sea serpent brought ashore by a violent storm. They bring the little creature home to care for it, amid suspicion from their father, while a dogged reporter sees out to take a photo of the baby sea monster to sell to a tabloid magazine.
