The Bothersome Man (2006)

A few sex scenes, and related dialogue.

A man and woman make out very hard for awhile.

A man becomes very involved in relationships with two different women at the same time.

A man jumps in front of an oncoming train. We do not see any violence, but we hear a gross squishing noise as the screen switches to a new scene.

The corpse of a man is seen on a fence of metal spikes. His body is impaled in several different places and there is a large amount of blood seen. When the police attempt to remove the body from the spikes, some organs (probably intestines) fall out of the man's boy and onto the ground in a gross closeup shot.

A man's finger is sliced off when he places it under a paper slicer. We see this occur and the finger, leaving a trail of blood behind, rolls onto the ground. Blood squirts from the man's hand profusely and he passes out. His hand is seen later bandaged, and the gauze is soaked in blood.

A man jumps in front of a trains (like the scene mentioned above) and is eventually hit by the train. He survives, and he is shown. His face is torn to shreds and some of the bone in his arm is visible when he leans on it to stand up. He looks very gross and bloody overall (very disturbing). He is hit by another train, with gross sound effects. He clings to the bottom of the train, but is sucked onto the ground with a splat. His body is shown once more, still alive, and it is hardly recognizeable. Though this whole scene is in low light, it is still stomach-churningly violent. He is hit by YET ANOTHER TRAIN and he screams as he clings to it. We see his mutilated face briefly, then another splat and the scene ends. He is seen walking away from the train station and into a city, drenched in blood and covered in cuts.

There are many scenes with people drinking wine casually.

There are some intense and shockingly violent scenes.
