Argo (2012)

Ben Affleck directs and stars in a well-told film, with great use of editing, dramatic pulse and mesmerizing suspense. During 1979, in Iran, the U.S. embassy in Tehran is occupied by a group of Iranians who demand that the Shah of Persia be extradited. In this context, the CIA and the U.S. government mount an operation to rescue six diplomats incognito, in a very ingenious way: the mission consists of all of them posing as a Hollywood crew looking for locations for a fake movie called 'Argo'.
