Shadow of Silence (2006)

In a fantasy framework, one of the authoritarian regimes is replacing its old methods of control with a new method by establishing an isolated institute in the heart of the desert that appears to be a center for hypnotherapy, rehabilitation with the development of self-control, and in which, in fact, anesthesia and brainwashing is practiced to destroy the competencies outside it.
