Man on a Green Bike (1969)

An original musical play for Christmas filmed in Sydney and written by Grahame Bond and Peter Weir. Three men who were once friends sharing many adventures are now mayors of three cities - Mediaeval Ackley, the futuristic Cadmium and Petal Lake, a community reminiscent of the 1930s. Into their midst comes the strange figure of Mr. Maloon, a man travelling on a heavily laden green bike. His presence disturbs and embarrasses the mayors.
