A man, fully clothed is shown from the stomach up. They are camping and he is 'relieving' himself by a tree.

A couple, fully clothed, laying in a bed "snuggling," tickling and laughing.

In first 5 minutes, some rapid-fire deaths by meteorites and molten rock. No blood, no lingering on the corpses, they disappear off camera and are never seen again.

One 'distressed' actor walks off camera to commit suicide with a gun to his head. After he's off camera, you hear the gun shot and see the emoting of the protagonist as he looks in the direction of the gunshot.

The boyfriend is found with a broken femur. The couple have scratches and some blood on their faces. The boyfriend has a small spot of blood on his pants leg.

The protagonist's ex-wife dies in a church when a bolt of lightning knocks a cross off the wall and onto her chest. A small trickle of blood is seen at the side of her mouth.

No profanity.

I don't recall any alcohol/drugs/smoking. But, I can't bear watching it again to be sure...

First 5 minutes (deaths by meteorites) might be a little scary for a pre-teen.

Two scenes where two different actors pull guns on the protagonist and are talked out of doing violence.

The couple, huddling in a bathtub for safety, a hurricane pulls the boyfriend out of the scene with a lot of screaming by both. He's later found a few yards away from the destroyed house with a broken femur. He dies gently, telling God(?) "I believe."

The protagonist's ex-wife dies in a church when a bolt of lightning knocks a cross off the wall and onto her chest. She dies peacefully.
