Revenge of the Fallen is loaded with guns, grenades, pyrotechnics and mayhem, and it's a rare moment indeed when audiences aren't subjected to something being bashed, smashed or blown up.
Much of the action involves machine-on-machine violence, and we see Transformers skewered, squashed, decapitated, ripped apart or nearly chewed up, all accompanied by copious amounts of gushing oil.
A man is thrown to his back by a large robot and pinned down at his wrists and ankles, and the giant robot allows a smaller robot to stick probes into the man's nose and mouth; it then it inserts a scorpion-like, slime-covered robot into the man's mouth (the man winces in pain and struggles to get free) and the small scorpion robot is then ejected from the man's mouth.
About half-a-dozen combat scenes apparently kill soldiers, usually via explosions that hurl their bodies through the air (though one poor victim gets stomped on by a Decepticon). After a ship sinks, we see bodies in the water. Carsand their passengersget destroyed in a city battle. Several helicopters also go down during firefights. In the worldwide havoc unleashed by the evil robots, we're told that the death toll for one day of carnage hits 7,000.
Tasers are used occasionally, mostly for comedic effect. Such as, when a man is shown using a taser gun on another man, and his body falls to the ground. Another man uses a taser gun on a man's hand and his twitching body is shown on the floor and one man uses a taser gun on himself and his body is shown twitching uncontrollably as he collapses on top of another man.
A paper thin robot propels itself through a soldier, slicing through his torso, blood spattering over the camera. The scene is extremely quick and filmed in darkness during a chaotic action scene. It is violent and graphic considering the films PG-13 rating.
Near the end of the movie, a soldier is decapitated with a spear by a giant robot, the moment is *very* brief and can only be seen if you're looking for it.

Several uses of 'shit', two uses of 'fuck', one of which is implied, the other said in slow motion and with reverb so it's hard to make out. "What the f" is used once. A barely audible use of "nigga" easy to miss.

A Decepticon has its face/mask torn off, followed by its 'heart', which is then crushed as it watches. It then slides down a pillar with its exposed face and a molten liquid coming from his mouth, representing blood. The face under the mask is rather creepy in appearance, almost resembling a demon, with red eyes and animalistic noises as it dies.
A Decepticon disguised as a female human seduces a man by lying on top of him - as he tries to rush away, a long, robotic tongue extends from 'her' mouth and wraps round his neck, throwing him around the room. A later shot shows the human transforming into the robot.
For tweens/teens.
Mild/Moderate for neurodivergent viewers.
A small robot does surgery in a young man's head by sticking tool and robotic worms and bugs up his nose and mouth.
The action and violence throughout is intense.
