Sea Devils (1998)

Caught in a crossfire between the courts and the mafia, Sam Spencer flees his world by signing on to the ARGO, a rusted tramp freighter with its cargo of nuclear waste. Like Sam the crew is a ragtag group of castaways. In command is Captain Savienko, a salty-dog as ruthless and unpredictable as the seas he plies. When he discovers a group of stowaways on board he must consider, for the first time in his life, the fate of others as well as his own.
