An off-world look at the superstitious repercussions of tattooing a Ouija Board on your body. Hagen, who has a dead wife, believes that he can revive her from the dead. Travis, a man who lost his brother and wants to join him in the afterlife. Morbius, a bartender who is betrayed by those he loves comes back from the dead to take revenge. And a strange man, known only as Mr. Skinny, protects the secrets of the Ouija Board and how the stories weave and affect each other.

References to self harm and we see self harming by cutting with razor blades.

A man bathes the corpse of a woman, then proceeds to perform what he calls 'maintenance' surgery on her vagina with various metal tools, forcing her rigor mortis-stiffened legs apart (we do not see her genitals.) He also kisses her. Another man tells him he has witnessed him having sex with the dead woman.

A demon has a severed pig's head in front of him, we do not see him cutting it but the noises can be heard.

A large demon beats a man's head to pieces and digs into the skull with a hook. The same demon later thrusts the hook into another man's back and drags him away.

A man is forcibly bound to a table face down and his attackers carve symbols into his skin with a razor.

A screaming man transforms into a demon.

A humanoid in a gas mask studies the bloody entrails of a mangled corpse.

A man throttles a pregnant woman to death.

A disabled boy stabs a sleeping man and pulls out the entrails. A frightening man in a pig mask then hangs the boy with the dead man's intestines (we see hanging feet.) The pig man had previously talked enthusiastically about suicide and tried to encourage the disabled boy to cut his wrists. The pig man also claimed he planned to forcibly put a vibrating egg inside someones rectum.

A man is struck on the head with a metal chair, he falls to the floor and is repeatedly struck with it until he dies. His head and face are pulverised during the attack.

An unconscious man has his money stolen.

In a drug-induced state, a man is repeatedly bound to a chair and intimidated by a demon, including being grabbed by the throat.

In a bar scene, a man tries to roughly grab a woman, who slaps his face.

A masochist woman willingly bound to a table is cut with a razor, has needles forced into her gums and has a finger cut off by a masked man. There is a metal device holding her mouth open. The room is full of bloody torture equipment.

A man puts the partially-removed entrails of a corpse back inside the body, stitches it up and cuts symbols into the corpse's skin. The corpse then wakes up and grabs the man's arm.

A woman conspires with her lover to kill her boyfriend. They poison him with pesticide and we see him writhing in pain and vomiting. She forces more of the liquid down his throat when he doesn't die right away.
