Rumble Valley (2007)

In Rumble Valley, a modern noir fantasy film, Billy Brant pulls off a long desert's night road to stop at a diner. In a surreal world, Billy tangos with Buzz the local crew of young hooligans which leads to one final, fate determining drag race for the prized girl. The film studies the minds departure from the long and lonely road as fantasy and reality collide at a diner in the middle of the desert.
