A different dead woman is shown lying in bed fully naked, breasts and pubic hair clearly exposed. A naked man (no nudity shown) is sitting on the bed next to her. The man lies on top of her (sex is not implied, just touching). He wakes up next to her in bed and removes the covers to expose her full naked body. Small signs of decomposition are now evident.

Bodies in various stages of decomposition are shown, sometimes with maggots.

Sleeping pills and alcohol are a significant repeated plot point in the movie.
