Reb Halland, who lived in the era of Wild West, has made a deal with the devil to gain immortality along with his gang. Preacher McCready is trying to protect the small town by placing five totems around it in the shape of the pentacle. One day, a collector passes by the town and sees one of the totems pinned to the earth, and he decides to take it. When the man takes the totem out of ground, Halland and his gang arrives and starts killing everyone, then commit ritual suicide. The film moves to the present day when a group of college students, who are driving back home from another city after a debate contest, suddenly find themselves at this town. Soon, they start to be murdered one by one, and it will be up to them to find the secret of the town and destroy Halland and his gang.

A man is stabbed in the stomach with a pitchfork by a ghost. The ghost holds it there for awhile, as the blood pours out of the man's mouth. His bodyh is later found hanging on a hook on a door.

A ghost holds up a hook to a girl, she screams and is killed offscreen. We later see her body hanging by a hook on a door as well.

About 25 people shot and killed in the opening scene. In one shooting, a massive amount of blood sprays onto a sheet. All other shootings have minimal amount of blood.

5 men/women gather in a star shape; they shoot each other at the same time.

There are 2 explosions in a home. While we do not see any casualties, we hear many screams. We infer that several people have died as a result.

A death threat is written on a wall in blood.

A man is pushed into a coffin; the coffin closes; he suffocates to death.

A man acccidentally walks into a rope with a noose; the rope is tightened and raised; he is hung offscreen. We later see him hanging dead.

A man's arms turn black with obvious pain. A black substance then begins gushing out of his mouth, and his eyes turn black. He fallls into a pool of it, and a ghost lights a match and throws it on him. He burns to death. This scene is very fake and is not graphic.

We see the rotted skeleton of a man.

A man shoots a woman in the chest; we see blood and a bullet hole.

A man is shot by a ghost. (Mostly Offscreen)

A message is written in blood on a car windshield. We see the bloody man writing the message in a flashback.

A man is crushed by a church pew. We hear a crunch and he screams.

A ghost chokes a man to death.

A man is tied up, his legs and arms tied and connected to a horse each. The ghosts instruct the horses to run, and he is stretched. Eventually, he is torn in two. This is from a distance but is fairly graphic.

A man has his head lassoed by a ghost; the ghost tightens the rope and whips the rope hard. The impact cuts off the mans head. This is very graphic, as we see the head coming off and a very bloody stump. It is close up.

A ghost has his head blown off by a gun. It is at a distance, but we do see the head coming off and do see the remaining stump. Fairly graphic.

A woman is crushed by a train.

A man is burned alive. He paces in agony and screams before falling to the ground, dead.

A man is shot 5 times at close range. No blood.

A large explosion occurs. We can see the skin of ghosts singe as the explosion overtakes them.

We see a woman with a deep, bloody wound on her chest and a bloody nose.

A ghost stabs a man in the stomach with great force and pushes up. He holds it for about 5 seconds as the man spits up blood. He pulls it out, and the man falls to the ground, dead. This is VERY disturbing!

A ghost is shot in the head; blood and brain matter splatter on the entire camera. This is quite graphic.
