The Seer (2008)

Former cop, Guin Marcus is hired to use her 6th sense to track down a known psychopath, Jeremy Rains, who is suspected of killing a female jogger. During this case it's the first time that she sees her ex lover, Det. April Reese after two years. After their meeting, Guin realizes that she still has feelings for April. This is something that Jeremy Rains also knows and may be one of the reasons that he kidnaps April and holds her as bait to lure Guin.
