Solange the Flower Queen (2006)

Summer 1997. Solange D. is the victim of a horrific accident with a combine harvester. Standing at the gate of death, she has a revelation that will change her life forever: she comes into communication with the Flower Queen. On her recovery, she discovers that she is able to communicate with the flower world. She also discovers that humanity is inflicting a systematic genocide on this peaceful world. Solange takes it upon herself to stop this floral atrocity, waging her personal war against florists and society in general. This intimate documentary follows Solange's evolution from activist to revolutionary with disastrous consequences that follow.
