"Sand from the Sheets" show us the inhabitants culture of an isolated region over the Lencois Maranhenses, in the state of Maranhao, in the very north of Brasil, where values are preserved free from the globalization vision on their economical, beliefs, also on simple everyday life activities, where: birth, life and death still offer us some hope.
