Acting Criminal (2009)

Jimmy Rose was hired to do a job by a man used to getting what he wants. The job went bad, ending with five men dead. Then Jimmy's partners decided the money would go farther if split two ways in stead of three, so he was shot and left for dead. Jimmy is able to call for help, and his life is saved by a back door doctor. No sooner does Jimmy leave town to figure things out, that his whereabouts are discovered through his ex-girlfriend. Now Jimmy has a week to come up with the money taken from him. Brian, an aspiring writer who gives Jimmy a ride has no idea that one of his scripts is about to be used for all the wrong reasons. Jimmy has decided to rob a bank using the script as a blueprint for the crime; and he wants Brian to direct it.
