In this parallel world, Hokkaido located in X degree deep, in a northern galaxy far, far away, is famous for delicious foods all over the galaxy. Fresh sea-foods, beer, ramen, sushi, potatoes, and salmon. One hindred and twenty years pass and Hokkaido has become the empire of "unbelievably delicious foods". Every year, more than 3,000,000 warriors come and challenge the people that live here but no one can beat them. That is until a new challenger, Yamada, comes to Hokkaido and enters the tournament Penalty Salmon. Can he beat the ET and become the first winner?
