The opening scene is of two masked women murdering a normal woman. They are seen beating her up, beating her with golf clubs, slitting her throat (though it's hard to see that part), and kicking her on the ground (her body is off-screen). At one point, the woman is spitting up blood.
Max slaps Natalie, grabs her arm violently, and then has rough anal sex with her.
A homeless man is coaxed into starring in the first of Jack's snuff films. He is handcuffed and being fondled by one of the masked girls before the other comes up behind him and chokes him with a belt. The first girl then starts to punch him in the stomach repeatedly and kick him in the knees before sitting on his lap facing him and punching his shoulders. He then falls onto the floor and the girls kick him repeatedly. The first girl then exits to get a hacksaw before the scene cuts away to the cameraman, who then goes to his room afterwards to vomit into a trashbin. The black-and-white snuff film has no audio whatsoever.
Max Force later plays the rest of the first snuff film, showing the homeless man being decapitated. We see him spitting up a large amount of blood on the first saw, and even more later. We see one girl unscrewing the head until it finally pops off. She throws it to another girl, who drops it on the ground. The first girl starts kicking the cadaver, then the second girl gives the head back to the first girl, who promptly kisses the decapitated head on the lips. We later cut to the head lying on the back of the homeless man. This is all set to "We Belong Together" by Ritchie Valens.
Manny mouths off to Jack, who promptly grabs him by the shirt and starts shaking him violently.
After Tracy catches Max snorting cocaine in their bathroom, they get into a heated argument, with Tracy hitting and shoving Max, and Max threatening to beat her.
Anita brandishes a butterfly knife in a few scenes, and can be seen biting the tip of it.
Jack throws Max Force to a bed and draws a gun at him. He hands the gun to Patty, who then moves it towards Max's head.
Manny punches Max Force in the face.
