Sparkles & Smiley Kill the Internet (2006)

Sparkles & Smiley are roommates who have trouble paying the rent. They don't want to work so they come up with a number of crazy ideas for making money. In each episode, Sparkles & Smiley are constantly on the brink of being thrown out of their apartment, yet the fear of having to get real jobs sends them on the most wild and bizarre money-making schemes. Whether it's starting homeless armies or disguising themselves in drag, these two misfits paint the city of Atlanta red with their hilarious antics and addictive personas.
