Surgery is performed forcefully on a man. The captors make a comment about how a general anesthsia would be too expensive/too much trouble, so he is alive when it takes place (at least until his organs are removed). They cut into his skin, and blood is shown spurting out. An organ is removed.

The overall graphic content of the film is fairly low. A lot of the violence shown is hidden by shadows or left somewhat ambiguous. The film is still very disturbing and emotional.
