Helldriver (2010)

A zombie head bites a woman in the crotch.

A zombie is briefly seen with what looks like a pile of bloody penises on his lap.

A female zombie is seen topless, although there's never any focus on this fact and it's barely seen. However, this same zombie as an extra zombie arm surgically attached to her crotch area, representing a penis apparently. At one point the extra arm is seen flipping someone off.

A zombie ties a human female to a chair and rips her top open, exposing her breasts. He begins to lick her nipples, and then bites them both off, resulting in extreme and copious amounts of blood to squirt from her breasts.

A young woman thrusts a chainsaw between zombie's buttocks (with, again, extreme amounts of blood splatter). The zombie starts screaming, "I dig it! I dig it!" suggesting that he is getting sexual pleasure from it.

Zombies get their heads and limbs chopped off; gallons of blood used; a woman, after receiving a large hole in her chest from a meteor, rips her daughter's heart out to use as her own; people get eaten alive every other minute; one zombie gets a chainsaw up the ass; a giant human-shaped sculpture is seen, composed of undead zombies; a zombie constructs a working car out of zombie parts; a man gets his feet graphically sawed off; a zombie has a zombified baby tied to the end of a lasso, which it flings at humans as an attack--and at one point the lasso baby is chopped in half; a human woman and her brother chop up her husbands legs and begin using his meat to cook a meal with....
