Superhuman (2010)

Nick is a 7 year old boy with a secret: his Dad is a superhero with x-ray vision, inflatable muscles and the power to change traffic lights from red to green! One day, when Dad makes another visit to the hospital 'radiation machine', Nick begins to suspect that Dad is getting sick and that his nemesis 'Cancer Man' is to blame. When 'Cancer Man' appears in the hospital, Dad is forced to reveal that he is not a superhero. Never has been. He is merely an ordinary Dad fighting a war against cancer. An ordinary Dad who desperately loves his son. Superhuman is a magical coming-of-age story about finding hope in the rubble of broken dreams.
