Forgotten Soul (2011)

Born into a life of hardship and no-luck, college student, Miller Stroker thinks God forgot about him. Meanwhile in Heaven ... it's true. Two angels come across a misplaced file and bring it to God's attention. After realizing the mistake, God sends the angels to help restore the luck to which he's entitled. In the end it is revealed that God never really forgets anyone. It was just a test for the angels to earn their wings.
