William Barney suffers from a terrible toothache. Naturally, he goes to the dentist. That's the biggest mistake of his life. This dental practice is the dental practice from hell. The dentists are all incompetent, evil actually. And somehow, this particular dental practice might also be a portal to the blackest of inhuman kind.
