Maximum Shame (2010)

A man lowers one side of a woman's blouse and suckles on her breast (not seen).

A woman in bed with a man talks about "69."

A man standing next to two women vigorously masturbates for an extended time, both inside his pants and out, although only his hand is seen. One of the women refers to a "rubber penis."

A woman is seen wearing a modest slip. Other women are shown in bondage attire, but it's not especially revealing.

A woman flips through pages of nudie magazines. The images are too fast and too blurry to discern details.

Violence includes kicks to a person's head, and a person speared in the throat with some blood splatter. Later we see another character lick the gaping wound. Otherwise there are just a few minor injuries with limited blood.

The goriest scene is a close-up of several dead babies, or perhaps aborted fetuses, totally coated with blood. A character lifts one up by the umbilical cord. Piles of bloody babies are seen in the background.

Prisoners are abused: one is chained and her mouth is held open by BDSM hardware so she can't speak or eat well, another is bound with barbed wire.

We see a painting of two horses about to pull a person apart.

Perhaps five usages throughout the entire movie; one or two of "f*ck", one "bitch", one "hell", not much more.

One character smokes a cigarette, and one a pipe, both briefly. No alcohol or drugs.

Besides the gore, violence, and abuse, the entire film has an aura of horror and impending danger to the characters.
