The south eastern states are left to rot in their irrelevance. In the nation's new capitol, a coalition between conservatives and greens known as 'The Glibs' are in power. In the face of unprecedented unemployment, the government has enacted new legislation with radical secret provisions. Nomadlink is passed into law to manage welfare through private contractors using innovative methods.
