City of Dust (2014)

A con-man living in the slums of Kibuli in Uganda is visited by his long lost brother, who brings home a lot of uncertainty and a green plastic bag full of cash. In the next couple of days, the life of the con-man and his relationships will be changed entirely due to the money.
