The House of Usher (2010)

A short film based on the Edgar Allan Poe short story, Xavier receives a mysterious letter from an old friend named Eckhart, urgently requesting him to come to his house. When Xavier arrives at the huge Gothic mansion, he feels an uneasiness creep over him. The house feels like its alive, like it watches everything. Eckhart tells him that he and his sister Madeline, the last of the Usher family line, are dying. Out of sympathy, Xavier decides to stay at the house and a few days later Madeline dies. However, once they bury the body Xavier starts having visions of her and the house starts to eat away at Xavier and we see the true evils of the house of Usher.
