'Jean Luc Godard meets 'The Hills' in New Orleans 5 years after Hurricane Katrina'. A New Orleanian filmmaker (Jonathan Isaac Jackson) explores the city through his friends. Through conversations involving race, politics, hope, despair, careers, and the film industry, the story of post-Katrina, by pre and post-Katrina residents of New Orleans, is explored.
