Cry Macho (2021)

A disgraced former rodeo star and horse rancher takes a job bringing home from Mexico the son of a former boss. On his journey, however, things evolve into something more than just a job as the rancher finds a possible way torwards redemption as he teaches the boy what it means to be a good man while he relearns it himself. An emotional tale directed by the masterful Clint Eastwood, expanding a classic film genre with a fresh new perspective about manhood, belonging and overcoming family dysfunctionalities.
