Axis of Good: A Story from 9/11 (2009)

Don and Sally Goodrich lost their son Peter, a passenger aboard United Flight 175, on September 11th, 2001. In response, the couple built a school in Logar, Afghanistan as a beacon of hope for the impoverished country and a monument to their son's intellectual legacy. This documentary chronicles their Sisyphean effort, and the twists and turns along the way, from December 2004 until Sally's passing in December 2010.
