Dead Run (2009)

DEAD RUN follows the story of a young man desperately trying to stay alive. After finding another survivor, a mentally disturbed man haunted by the death of his son at the hands of the undead, he soon discovers that the living can be as dangerous as the dead. If the young man survives his encounter with the disturbed man, he will only so do to face the dead masses once again. He knows all he can do is run.
